Assessment
Once you officially decide to start your search with us, we schedule a 1-hour Family Assessment to go over exactly what you’re looking for in a nanny.
Job Description
After the Family Assessment, we draft up a customized and accurate job description and send for your approval. Once approved, we immediately get to work advertising your position.
Review Applications
We spend the next 2-3 weeks weeding through applications and screening those who are a good match for your family.
Top Candidates
Once we have screened the applicants, we send over the top candidates for your specific family. Each candidate will have a packet so you can easily compare qualified nannies side by side.
Interviews
You tell us which candidates you’re interested in and we set everything up - including give you tips on how to get the most out of your interview. We then set up trial days with your top picks.
Make an offer
Once the nanny formally accepts the position, we get to work on your customized Nanny / Family Work Agreement. This agreement is the foundation to a successful placement. Once it’s signed your nanny is set for their first day!
Before a nanny is represented by us, they must complete our screening process and meet these minimum
requirements.
Minimum of 3 Years of Recent Childcare Experience (At Least 2 Years Must be as a Professional Nanny in a Private Home)
High School Graduate (College Preferred)
Stellar Childcare References (Minimum of 3)
Employment History Verification (For All Positions Listed on Resume)

Must be willing to make a minimum of a 1 year commitment to a family
Legal to Work in the U.S.
Clean Criminal Record
Clean Driving Record
CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to get certified before hire)
Valid Driver's License (unless in a city where driving is not necessary -- in that case, must have Valid State ID)
Reliable, Insured Vehicle (unless in a city where where driving is not necessary)
21 Years of Age or Older

Please review our Family Requirements. These requirements promote successful, long term placements:
Must be willing to employ Nanny completely legally
Must be willing to offer typical Nanny Industry standards including: Guaranteed Hours, Vacation Time, Sick Days, Paid Holidays, and Mileage Reimbursement if Nanny uses their personal vehicle for work-related drives. In many cases, Professional Nannies also require a health insurance contribution, as well as a professional development stipend.
Must pay a minimum of $25 gross per hour, or more depending on the going rate in the area and the job expectations
Must offer a minimum of 25 hours per week or more
